  • RAV Technology Solutions LTD — Registered in Manchester, United Kingdom (Company No. 13104446)

All contracts, invoices, and service agreements will specify which entity is the contracting party.

3. Scope of Services

RAV Technology Solutions provides IT consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, automation, and related technology services. The exact scope of work is defined in each client agreement, proposal, or service order.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary for service delivery
  • Maintain secure access to systems and credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

RAV Technology Solutions is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.
RAV Technology Solutions complies with GDPR and applicable data‑protection laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.

A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be provided when required.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property created by RAV Technology Solutions remains the property of RAV Technology Solutions until full payment is received.
  • Pre‑existing intellectual property belonging to either party remains their exclusive property.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and billing cycles are defined in the service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

RAV Technology Solutions is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Issues caused by third‑party vendors, software, or infrastructure

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Support levels and response times are defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as defined in the contract.
Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid immediately.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Services delivered by RAV Technology Solutions AS are governed by Norwegian law.
  • Services delivered by RAV Technology Solutions LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

RAV Technology Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
